Supporting Communities Through Connection and Awareness
Lifeline believes that suicide prevention and emotional support require a community effort. Through partnerships with schools, organisations, NGOs, and community groups, we work to promote mental wellness, reduce stigma, and encourage persons in distress to seek support.
For decades, Lifeline has provided confidential emotional support to persons experiencing despair, loneliness, depression, and suicidal thoughts.
Together, we can help create safer and more supportive spaces across Trinidad and Tobago.
