Lifeline Interactive Reflection

Boundaries, Care & Safer Choices

Relationships can be meaningful, stressful, confusing and emotional. This reflection game helps you practise safer choices when feelings run high — in friendships, romantic relationships, family life and online spaces.

Care should not become control. This page explores respect, communication, personal boundaries, emotional safety and knowing when to seek help. It does not collect your age, name or answers. It is not counselling, legal advice or emergency support.
